1.You must set an agenda.Write your thoughts,plans and how to achieve your objectives. 
2.Your goals must be clearer.
What do you want to achieve?
3.How do you organize your Management structure?
Will be it an individual  style or  consultative nature and  why,who,when to co consult?
4.What is the weight of your Financial muscle? How long will it carry you? When you get your profits? Will those  Profits sustain you?Did you borrow any money for your Business? Do u borrow lesser and lesser or more and more?
5.How would you incentives yourself and your labour?
